This veterinary office has gone downhill rapidly. There is a new young vet who is into "upselling", convincing you that you need unnecessary services to make a profit and that you are an irresponsible pet owner if you don't get all services recommended. He underestimates the amount of services by one or two hundred dollars and then they make you feel like a low life and FORCE you to pay an exorbitant bill every time you go in. The past three times I brought my dog cost me at least $1000 each time I went. Horrible people. Completely unscrupulous.

Overpriced and was ripped off.supplies were 5x more the actual price pet was kept on minimal treatment due to not having enough money. Pet was declining and was told his body is shutting down. Basically my money ran out and so did my pets care.took pet to another vet was cheaper and supplies were cheaper Was told to ramp up his treatment and was given some supplies for free. after 1 day saw an improvement.Shirley vet is just a total waste. I was robbed of 1500 dollars . I would not care if my pet was getting well but my pet was intentionally being under treated in order for me to keep going back Run run run.!! Staff is not qualified . Could not answer any questions...
