Dr. Jason Hutcheson has treated our rabbits on several occasions and we have been very pleased. He understands how easily rabbits can become stressed and he knows how to handle them effectively. He doesn't rush us out the door and he patiently answers all our questions. He is very careful when working inside our rabbits' delicate mouths concerning dental problems. Price charged has been fair for services rendered. Receptionist and vet tech have also been friendly and competent. The facility is older but certainly not run down. We have no complaints.

This review applies to Dr Mimi Shepherd ONLY -- Dr Jason Hutcheson has been nothing but kind and professional. I took my tortoise in for an exam and Dr Shepherd treated her like a rock with legs, roughly CLUNKING her around on the exam table, and being extremely gruff with us. I don't know if she was having a bad day, if she's socially retarded, or just plain mean, but no customer OR their pets deserve that.

Terrible. Mis-treated our pet and didn't give us all the appropriate information we needed. Secretary was rude and facilities were old, decrepid, and falling apart. Noisy, obnoxious, not very professional and terrible staff on all counts. Also they try to rank themselves high on the search engines when you look for a specialist doctor for your unique pet. Stay away from these guys, you'll be glad you did.
