	1/16/09	1	3	4	4	This review applies to Dr Mimi Shepherd ONLY -- Dr Jason Hutcheson has been nothing but kind and professional. I took my tortoise in for an exam and Dr Shepherd treated her like a rock with legs, roughly CLUNKING her around on the exam table, and being extremely gruff with us. I don't know if she was having a bad day, if she's socially retarded, or just plain mean, but no customer OR their pets deserve that.
