After being a pt for almost 9 yrs when my geriatric sick little dog was so ill he needed peace I was told by receptionist Jennifer they had no time to euthanize him and she could leave note in his chart. She curtly asked had I checked numbers for emergency on voicemail. I responded that I had. The first number was the closed clinic in Henrietta.The second was Orchard Park ,99 miles from home. This was a weekday ,daytime request. She finally told me to call AIC in Webster. 20 miles from home. She showed me no compassion,was unwilling to take to the Doctor,and hung up leaving me in tears and my sick dog crying. I will never go there or recommend them again.
