never seen the actual vet doctor. Only tecs and assitants. And now they are trying to force me to buy my meds there by not honoring my scrips for my dogs. I am filing a complaint with NY State and Petco where they do shot clinics.

I will never go back, they are super expensive and did not seem very competent. I recently moved to the area and needed Heart worm medicine for my dog. I had a postcard from my regular VET in California showing it was time to refill. They said that they had to do a heart worm test first, so I agreed. The first test was done wrong, so they had to repeat it. I never saw a Vet, only a technician. The place was very dirty and unorganized. They ran my credit card and realized the price was wrong so she re-ran it and said the first time did not go through. Two business days later I checked my bank account online and both charges were being processed. The correct charge was an astronomical $262 and the incorrect amount was $282. I called the office to report the mistake and was told only Wendy could handle that and she would have to call me back. She never called back and I took care of it through my bank.
