STAY AWAY FROM TLC & READ REAL HISTORY OF TLC BELOW! History posted on TLC’s website is a lie! Owner,Matt Krieger is NOT a vet,he's a slimy lawyer pretending to care about animals. Krieger & Dr. Howie Baker did NOT start TLC. A legitimate vet who used to run SPCA started TLC-can't remember his name. TLC was funded by a rich guy named Henry. Krieger is lawyer who put deal together & became silent partner. Now he wears scrubs pretending to be a vet. Financier Henry died &Krieger inherited TLC cuz the way contracts were written. Actual vet who started TLC left, probably cuz he realized how crooked Krieger was. Howie Baker was only an employee.CHECK W/ WEST HOLLYWOOD CITY COUNCIL. I have been a W.Hollywood resident for 18 years & attended most of the hearings when TLC was applying for business permits. Dr. Baker was never there. Only person who spoke was real vet who started TLC and Council liked him. KEEP YOUR ANIMALS AWAY FROM TLC! They lie about everything & only care about making $$.

My cat has FHV. Present in 80% of cats and often resulting in ulcers in the eye if untreated. I took my cat in 3 days after his eyes started running. Ultimately one of his runny eyes developed an ulcer on it. The vet removed the ulcer 3 times before he referred me to an eye specialist. It cost a lot of money, time and most importantly pain to my cat. 10 minutes online showed me how common this is so I can't help but wonder why the vet at TLC failed to diagnose it. Later I took this cat's sibling in for a check up. The vet suggested I get her vaccinated even though she is an indoor cat. We spoke at length and ultmately I figured she was a vet and knew better. Lily became sick that week and I had to take her there on an emergency basis, then 2 more follow ups. I had to wait almost 2 hours past the scheduled appt. for one. This cost around $500. Numerous vets there said it couldn't be from the shot she just received. She has never been sick since. Never again and shame on TLC.

I had a great experience at TLC when I brought my pet in for emergency care. They did a great job, and, cared about my pet and my emotional needs. I would go to TLC in the future without hesitation.
