Poor front office technique. Needs more organization in filing technique and communication. Front and back need better communication techniques.

We moved here and chose him as our vet and after bringing our puppy in for shots I had to rush her in very sick one morning and begged them to see her, they told me I had no appointment but they could stick my sick puppy in a cage and MAYBE at the end of the day see her...OMG !!!!
