I am very disappointed with the service of the Westfield Veterinary Hospital. An 8:00 AM appointment today and the first dog in. Going in for a teeth cleaning. Technician left me in a room for 25 minutes after being told the day before that I would be pinched for time. Procedure did not even start until after 4;30 PM in the afternoon. Staff appeared lazy and not caring if they were helpful or not. Picked up my dog after 8:00 that night. Ridiculous service.
