When this vet moved to state rd things changed along with higher prices & less caring. A long time vet of ours until 3 years ago when our dog was misdiagnosed not once but 3 times charged us over 700.00 $ bad advice rude counter person Dr when returned from vacation would not even oversee what the other vet there did. We begged him to take another look, gave us terrrible advice. Finally took the dog to another vet for a 4th oppinion they found the problem BLOCKAGE in dogs throat & stomach. Dog could not eat or swallow edgewood vets kept insisting to shove food & meds down her and string her up to ceiling. Terrible advice and so uncaring. After watching this healthy dog go down for 2 weeks we took her to mentor. They found problem right away from the XRAYS edgewood took. They did not know how to read their own XRAYS. Sad for the dog it was TOO LATE by the time the 4th Vet saw her. We lost her,edgewood only said to us Sue us for you cant prove anything. Shame on Roberts & his help.

Dr. Robert DMV is one of the most caring and sincere individuals I have ever met. I have been guardian of animals about 12 cats and doggies for over 25 years and have had some cats live for 20 and 22 years. We just had one with Dr. Roberts that passed at 10 years, but to no fault of his. He took the absolute very best care of our Buddy. Such a very kind man. He provided the options for care and costs attatched to us and left the decisions to us. No pressure. Dr. Roberts explained why Buddy was ill as many times and different ways as I needed to hear it to thoroughly understand it. Very patient and thorough. There was an error on the final bill, but Dr. Roberts personally saw to the correction in a most expeditious fashion.
