My first visit here, my dog slipped and fell on their floor and no one was even concerned even though my dog was old. The staff - including vet - were cool and very aloof; all the doctor was interested in was getting more money out of me it seems. Sometime later, I called them for help because my dog was bleeding profusely. I was told they couldn't help me and instead referred me to a clinic an hour and a half away! There again was no compassion or effort to even pretend they were concerned for my dog. I did find a different clinic who took my dog in as an emergency. Unfortunately, he died. I would not recommend Austinburg for anyone who wants a vet who shows caring and compassion for their pet. I'm sure they are competent, but the bedside manner at this place needs a lot of work both for patient and owner.
