Vets are good BUT the vets that they had when I first came here like Dr. Taylor are gone. The staff charges whatever they feel according to how many times they got away with overcharging you in the past. My dog was mis-diagnosed and a condition was not found until I suspected something was wrong. It cost me dearly to get things straightened out. Find someone else who will take care of your pet and be kind with your hard earned money.

North Ridge Staff is wonderful. They have many challenges in scheduling depending if it is a surgery day or how many emergencies during the day. Dr. Taylor explains your animal's care with utmost sincerity.

This vet was sold to a comany and is no longer a 'family' atmosphere. They are only concerned with money and the prices continue to increase. They wanted $175 to euthanize a suffering stray I found on the side of the road. I would not recommend.

I was quoted one price and when I went to pay, the price went up. The doctors seem very good, but some of the staff are questionable. The staff can make or break a vet.

We have gone to this vet for all of our animals for many years. Dr. Pierce has a solid reputation for the quality of service, treatment and the young vets he brings in. We have had many vets there, Dr. Hunter, Dr. Izenour and Dr. Osborne who have provided wonderful patient care and are just geniunely caring and nice doctors. They have spoiled us to all others. As other reviewer stated, sometimes you have to wait, emergencies, etc. -- but it is only because they are so popular and good at what they do. I only wish they were available 24/7 so we didn't have to go to the Animal Emergency Clinic.they have a very friendly and compassionate staff.

This practice is wonderfull. Each vet in the office is kind and informative. We have sent our friends and no one has been disappointed. They have great prices too. The building is newer and kept very clean. You will be pleasantly surprised. From routine to surgery we have been pleasantly surprised with the complete experience. They get a lot of emergencies so sometimes there is a wait but understandably.
