I have multiple cats {an understatement} I take mine to the clinic for routine care and sterilizations. Appointments are convenient They send me reminder cards when vaccinations are due, a service I appreciate. I have had seriously ill animals and a couple wounded ones. They got me right in. Unlike some vets these guys have common sense and are reasonable. They explain the diagnosis and offer options while being upfront about price. If one has money to spend and prefers extensive testing then they accommodate. If one is like me and loves their fur-babies and wants to take care of them but has limited resources they understand that as well. They are nice people and have done good by my pets both the domesticated and the feral.
