BEWARE I have been going to County Line Veterinary in Hatboro for years
One of my dogs is very sick. Hehas been seen many times there. I called to have his urine tested for protein levels & they told me they had to see him before they could run a test through a machine. Didn't want medication only urine tested butthey refused.
The receptionist said it was the law to exam a pet once a year. Completely a lie,they just wanted the exam fee and saw an opportunity to do that - she kept talking over me asking "so when do you want to come in?"
I said I wanted to talk with a vet, she refused. Said the 'office manager' would get back to me, Bill, who works as she said "virtually' She hung up on me when I insisted on speaking with a vet. Today I get a letter from "virtual Bill" telling me to find another vet. He cited my 'dissatisfaction and displeasure" as the reasons. No call, no concern. Dr. Heitzman, check your ethics because they are lacking. Uncaring, unprofessional and inhumane
