If I could give zero stars I would. This was my second interaction with them with two different dogs and they failed miserably on both attempts. The most recent visit could have ended in the death of my dog because they failed to take proper xrays and were incompetent in their diagnosis. $1200.00 later and their recommendation was "keep an eye on her". Thankfully we found a competent vet who saved our dog's life.

I took a dog with a heart problem to see one of the cardiac specialists at the CARE Center. The doctor was nice enough, but offered no help or suggestions. When I insisted on ideas to help this dying dog, the best she offered was suggesting WE contact a certain university many states away. Even though we paid a great deal of money, there was not even an offer of a referral, leaving it completely to us to find contact info for this college. Thank goodness someone suggested we try Ohio State. Ohio State repeated the testing to confirm the diagnosis and spent much time answering questions and providing info, all for much less money than our brief Care Center visit. The specialist at Ohio State obviously cared very much about helping this dog and came up with a treatment plan. The dog just had the procedure at Ohio State and is doing great! I am so sorry we wasted our time and money with the Care Center. In the future we will go straight to Ohio State!
