I am very upset at this time after 13 years how things are going with my cat and the poor communication with the vets and his progress.

took my cat to get bloodwk--treated her for diabetes and she bottomed out, charged me $500 and wound up having to have her put down after 13 hours of torture. Blew all 4 leg veins, was being treated for diabetes when the bloodwk came back discoverred she was in renal failure, kept her on oxygen all day as she could not breathe, discovered she had accumulated fluid on her lungs, pulled the fluid off and was headed to emergency vet when she had a seizure and had to put her to sleep. The staff was rude, the 1st dr misdiagnosed and the 2nd dr tried to save her but the techs not quite sure if they know what they are doing, seems like a teaching hospital, evidently lost their good techs, the staff seemed to be fighting amongst themselves throughout the day, new mgment service getting on them in the hall. this place has taken a real dive, what a shame could have been a gold mine. Can't believe I took my cat there and let them kill her, will be beating myself for sometime over this one

My dog has had 4 ACL surgeries in last 5 months. Dr.Mike took blame and refunded me beause of his poor service. Never given specific instructions for care until they were demanded. Anyones guess if the dog will ever use his leg again, since his muscle is deteriorated after not using it for so long. He is a poor excuse for a vet and I will never take my animals there again.

Dr. Rick is awesome. Very caring and concerned only about your pet. Treats your animals as if they were his.

My experiences were never as bad as the other persons. They saved my cat who was in severe renal failure - didn't do as well with dental surgery on another cat. It depends on which vet you see since this is a clinic. I have talked to other people and I now know which doctors to ask for. They saved a friend's goldfish - not too many vets treat goldfish. Not the best but not as bad as my old vet in Ross who was "too busy" (his words) to see one of my cats on an emergency basis.

The worst vet i have ever been to. I took my dog there to get her rabies shot and one and the tech walked over and stuff a needle in my dogs back, breaking the needle off into her. She then said it no big deal ill just give her another shot and then pulled the nedle out and stuck her again. The tech was lucky that my dog didn't bite her. I never went back ther again after that. How rude are they.
