I've been going here for at least 15 years and they have been absolutely amazing with all of my various pets over the years. While they may be pricier than other clinics, they truly care about what's best for the animals and will do everything and anything in the animal's best interest. Also, they take injured wildlife such as turtles, birds, and other animals and treat them and release them to reputable wildlife rehabilitation facilities. I could not ask for a better group of doctors for my furry family!

They are amazing here. My puppy hurt his leg and we rushed him there. We called on the way and they said they would fit him in. They even stayed open longer make sure he was comfortable, and they helped us carry him out of the car because he's so big and wouldn't walk. They did the same when my turtles got sick. They are all amazingly nice and honestly care about all animals. They even worked with me for payment because they knew we had hit a rough patch. Amazing vet.

They truly care. I asked for tests and they said my pet did not need them. Cleaned up after my ferret and didn't charge for his nails. Dr was incredible with Marley. Was so happy. First visit.

I've been taking my guinea pigs here for the past 10 years. Dr.Coughlin and Dr.MacDonald are such wonderful vets, they always aim to educate and help you make the right decision(with no pressure towards expensive or unnecessary procedures). They are on the expensive side, but honestly, with how calm and relaxed my guinea pigs feel in the treatment room and being held it makes it completely worth it. The whole staff are so kind and honest. If you want a clinic with intergrity and genuine love for animals(not money-hungry) go here.

I had a wonderful experience with the clinic. My parents have been going to this vet for as long as I can remember, so naturally when I got my kitty, I picked this vet. I couldn't be happier. My kitten got her spay surgery. They were very thorough in explaining the surgery to me and what I should expect. When the surgery was complete, I was emailed a photo of my just waking up kitten. To any worried animal parent, this is a very nice gesture. The pricing was expensive, but I would pay it again over and over. I will trust this vet clinic with all my pet needs.

Preston Animal Clinic has excellent caring vets and office staff. When I needed to put my 14 year old lab to sleep, they came to my house and were so professional and supportive. My boy passed peacefully in the comfort of his home and it was worth the cost. The staff have been very supportive with my two female labs.You feel like you are a part of the family at this clinic. They always call back to check up on your pets. The vets are top notch! I have recently moved from Cambridge and I hope I can find a vet with the top notch service and caring support that all of my pets I've had over the years (dogs,cats and guinea pigs). I highly recommend this animal clinic. Many thanks to Dr. MacDonald, Dr.Coghlan and all the staff who loved and supported my pets.

Dr Macdonald is a god-send!!! Preston animal clinic took my rabbit's care seriously - MUCH more seriously than OTHER vet clinics I shopped around with (e.g: "Well, we spay cats so I guess we can spay rabbits", "Your rabbit is sick, this is common with RODENTS"). Preston Animal Clinic was compassionate, caring and attentive as soon as I made the phone call. They lay out treatment plans and pricing crystal clear so there are no surprises, and go the extra distance to offer their knowledge to educate pet owners. I adore Dr. MacDonald as a rabbit vet and cannot say enough about her - she is informative without being judgemental if I opted to not go through with a treatment plan due to cost. However, I did, and because of her excellent advice, she saved my pet's life and the cost was well worth it!

We needed a appointment for our sick gecko ... They got us a appointment time set up in a couple of days ... but there was a catch, we had to call by 10am to let them know we were still coming. :-( well, guess what do to work and school either of us could manage the call so our appointment was off :-( ... we were forced to try to find another vet that could look at him asap.

I have been going to this clinic with my dogs for almost 8 years and have had nothing but fantastic, caring and supportive service from everyone who works there. Dr. Christine Coghlin is very compassionate and caring. She obviously loves animals. She is very experienced and doesn't push you into doing anything without giving it much consideration. My older rottweiler doesn't even mind going to the vet! The ladies at the front desk always fuss over her and Dr. Coghlin knows exactly how to talk to her. A few years ago I had to put a dog down which was the most heartbreaking experience of my life. Dr. Coghlin was so supportive; she really helped me deal with the decision that had to be made. I rely on this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone who cares about their pets.

I have been using this vet office for years, and have had nothing but good experiences. The veterinarians and technicians are always willing to answer questions and/or concerns, whether in person or over the phone. They have treated many of my pets including cavies, rabbits and cats. Preston Animal Clinics services may cost more than other places, but I believe it is well worth it. They seem to genuinely care about you and your pet.
