We had to put my husband's cat to sleep. All of the staff was very caring and handled our situation as if he (Speed) was their own cat. There was also a very nice cremation package which included a tastefully mounted(framable) fur section of Speed's tail along with his ashes in a nice container. (cost only 50.00), plus flowers and a sympathy card from the staff. We also have a new kitten (Lucky) that we take there along with our Shi Tzu girl dog (Happy). They are always kind and the wait time is just about zero. Our dog also gets groomed here and she is treated very well and I usually have her back home in about 4 hrs. I have been using this vet hosp. since I moved here 7 yrs. ago and I truely do not have any complaints. Give them a try, I don't think you will be dissappointed.
