This is an excellent place to take your animals for all care. Staff and Vet are compassionet,follow up phone calls, caring, wonderful individuals and spend time to explain things plus give you information papers to read. They go out of their way to help your pet and form a "family" type environment. Best clinic I have ever had. Our Italian greyhound was well taken care of and kept her healthy, even thou she had cushings disease and other problems. Mia lived 10 years. Our hearts were broken at her death. The Vet and Staff were very suportive to us all.Her card (and from the staff) was filled with love and messages they wrote. Mia was loved by many who knew her. They donated money to an educational facility to be built in Mia's memory and to honor her. This is why I give Western Reserve Veterinary Hospital an excellent rating. VL Kirkland
