Worst experience having our 2)Shih Tzu's in for castration and 2)cysts removed on one of the dogs while under anesthesia. 1st BIG mistake was Vet failed to remove cysts and overmedicated one of the dogs. Rescheduled and told we would not be charged for anesthesia second time around. On redo, dropped dog off confirming loc of cysts/no chg for anesthesia. Couple hrs later received call from Vets Ofc to inform me that my dog had cysts on him. VERY SCARY since this was the only thing he was scheduled to have done on redo. Left me wondering what procedure they had in store for him. Again,made it clear of procedure ordered to remove cysts they failed to remove the first time around. When I went to pick up after surgery, they had charged me for the anesthesia? Receptionist was really rude and treated me as if I was the problem. I don't get it? Will never go back and wanted to warn others so they would ck and dbl ck if they decide to go there. This ofc really needs to get itself together!!
