Click to report rating    4/19/09   2     4     4     4   We found the staff extremely nice however as a pet owner I expect detailed explanations and a certain level of communication with my vet to keep me informed on my pet's needs. Here they chat with you long enough to take your pet to the back room, do I don't know what?, then bring him back out, charge you, and send you home. This lack of communication is prompting us to find a new vet. RID: 12491
Click to report rating    8/2/08   1     4     2     1   My uncle took his dog here to get an itch looked at & update n her vaccines. Within 3 hours of visiting his Yorkie was having difficulty breathing & walking. She was more than likely havving a reaction to the vaccines. They took him for $270 the first visit sending him home w/meds for an itch she had, took blood work & found everything fine. she got worse he went back, they xrayed & charged over $250 agaian, no results just she would get better. Changed meds as she was not eating or taking in fluids so pill form didn't work. Then by the 4th day she had worsened more, he had seen the 3rd vet & supposed owner to be told she will be fine, give it more time & she should be ok walking w/in the month, they had probably hit a nerve. His dog died with in 12 hours after the last visit!!! They don't do anything about finding problems, just charging money trying to diagnose & getting more fees. They are supposed to be low cost. Well, close to $600 later & a LOSS of immeasurable sum, Not so sure! RID: 9540
Click to report rating    3/5/07   5     5     5     5   I have used this vet for about 10 years and have never had a problem or bad experience with them. The people there are very knowledgable and the facilities are kept clean to protect you and your pet. They helped my injured cat for less than the emergancy vet place in Portland. RID: 2949
