I took my pet there a year ago tomorrow for "routine surgery". There was no testing prior to see if that's what she really needed. The vet never introduced himself to me or anything. I had a very bad feeling. He scared me into thinking my dog was basically hemorrhaging and was going to die unless she did the surgery. She came out of surgery, collapsed, and died. I didn't get to say good bye to her. I'm very angry at how they treated her and how they treated me. Then, the VERY bureaucratic and business-driven way the women at the counter handled everything and basically made me feel like I was overreacting to the loss of my pet. I will NEVER again use this vet. I will NEVER recommend them. I DO suggest Dr. Fox veterinary which is a little south, but they are a LOT more people-oriented. I understand it's not their pet and they don't really care about people, but can you at least fake it? I should've gotten a second opinion, but, again, the vet had me terrified.
