We have been going to Dr. John since our 5 year old dog was a puppy. We were just there this past April and have always been very pleased with the services provided. One time another vet (filling in) treated us and it was not the same as Dr. John's loving care. While attempting to call for an appointment, I learned the office is closed. I pray this is just temporary. I am concerned because Dr. John is a wonderful vet and the thought of trying to find another replacement is heartbreaking. We were there for the opening of his beautiful new office. I always keep a folder of records of my pet. My concern is for Dr. John and that we won't see him again.

I have taken my pets to Dr. John for as long as I can remember. I was shocked when I received a letter in the mail - stating that he no loner was in business and the letter wasn't even from him! I don't know how to get my dog records. I feel he had a responiblity to all of us - as his clients to get our records to us. I think that - is the worst service I have ever recieved from anyone.And I am truly disappointed. I guess as responible pet owners we are going to have to keep a medical chart on our pets - just as you would for people.

Well, this vet just shut down his business two weeks ago and we cannot reach them at all to get our records. There is no sign on the door or anything. Someone even showed up for an appt while we were there trying to find them and we had to tell them we heard from the store next door they shut down. Amazing. I need to find out what we can do.

Ok, I brought my pets there a few times and i was very dissappointed in the "Dr's" knowledge. He seemed to be very unwilling to discuss anything and was in a rush to get out of the room when i was needing more answers. I would never take my pets back to this so called "Dr." ever again! the building was quite nice and the staff was very helpful...but the "Dr." was not helpful at all! He should have never recieved a degree in this feild!

I have been a client for quite a while and am concerned that everytime I come into the office, I get a different vet (whether they be a visiting vet or someone else.) I haven't seen Dr. Kottensette in over a year of visits. I always see someone new. Now all the office staff/techs are new. Makes me wonder why there is such turn over.

The staff and Dr. have all been very nice to us. They've answered question throughly and returned calls when needed. The facility is not great but they are moving soon. It is expensive but seems on par with many area vets.

We brought a stray cat in to be neutered, and were told the procedure would cost $26.00 When we picked up the cat, the bill was a wopping $255.00! I understand that the cat needed to be tested for feline leukemia, etc., but this was a STRAY! I truly feel exploited.
