The vets at McCauley animal clinic are top notch! Never have my pets been treated so well anywhere else. I feel that I get the best service from this clinic. They recommend the appropriate procedures to realistically treat your animal, they would honestly never try to "sell" you on any unneccessary medicines or procedures. Two of the vets (Dr. Ira and Dr. Aaron) are brothers, and that makes sense when you observe the level of cooperation among the vets and the entire staff. It is a real family operation in their clinic. I can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic. We don't even live in St. Charles, but we drive the distance to ensure our pets get the best care available in the the St. Louis area.
