Our beloved dog Bailey was a 25 lb Shih-Tsu mix, just 8-yrs old, a happy, healthy dog with a sore shoulder. They gave us Rimadyl & 6-wks later he just died suddenly. We were heartbroken and ordered an autopsy - we didn't know about the Rimadyl issues yet. Two weeks after the death of our dog, it took 5 calls/messages before Dr Kleban finally got back to us with the autopsy results, and he still did not mention the possibility of Rimadyl poisoning..we found that ourselves on the internet after much searching for possible causes for the sudden death of our beloved little guy Bailey. They gave us the Rimadyl without doing pre-RX blood work recommended by the drug company to screen for incompatible conditions. They also did not warn us of ANY side effects - the manufacturer has a handout that vets are supposed to give you to warn of dangerous side effects, including possible sudden death! Our little guy would be still be alive today with a sore shoulder, if we had not used this vet.

Have been very pleased with this veterinary hospital. Have never had a long wait and the staff has been extremely pleasant and the doctors thorough. Comparatively speaking, their rates are very reasonable. We are particularly fond of Dr. Pearson!

I have used this vet for about ten years and have the highest respect for them. My past and present Rotties have been treated very well. They saved my last Rottie's life when he was diagnosed with Pancreatist and my present Rottie has had ACL surgery on both knees with excellent results. The staff has always been profesional and friendly.

The vets (Kleban and Pearson) are not thorough nor very knowledgable. Told me to do nothing when my cat had chronic renal failure (CRF). After she was put sleep (at another vet because they couldn't fit me in) and my other cats developed CRF (this only because I requested blood work be done on my 16 yr. old cats, they never would have tested anything), I found out there are many ways to treat the disease! They also told me nothing about how the disease affects the cats. My poor 18 yr. old kitty really suffered for well over 6 months. They never caught weight changes or anything during the several years I'd been taking them for annual exams and vaccinations. When my one kitty crashed, the same vet that told me there was nothing I could do with my other cat, treated her, but it wasn't until I contacted a specialist that she really came up with "a plan". Consider them for vaccines, but nothing else. At times, the receptionist can be rude, too.
