Click to report rating    6/29/16   5     5     5     5   I have recently been to Tri City East with my dog Oni...I can not believe people are STILL looking at a rating from 2007! I had nothing but a pleasant experience from the point of calling to make my appointment to The moment we left The hospital! The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctor were inviting and caring and made sure my little girl was not insecure about her new vet visit with Dr. Cromer. They made sure I was given a complete estimate for any procedures that Dr. Cromer recommended and by far had VERY reasonable pricing! After finding that her urine leakage was due to an infection, Oni was given a injection for pain and put on antibiotics which helped to clear things up!...we are very excited to have finally found a loving, caring, competent vet in the valley with such a welcoming staff!...thank you Dr. Cromer and Tri City East Vet Hospital... Click to report rating    6/29/16   5     5     5     5   I can't believe these old reviews from 2007! My experience at Tri City East was outstanding. Not only did Dr. Cromer save my little pug Pugsley from parvovirus, but now he can't wait to go to the vet's office. I have never been upsold. Dr. Cromer knows that I am on disability and always gives me discounts. RID: 60979
Click to report rating    5/27/07   2     3     3     1   I totally agree I had some real bad experiences at there clinic. They killed my little 3 lb. dog. he had parvo and all the tests he ran to see if he was a good canidate to survive cost me over 200.00. then we left him for the treatment we had just got home and they called that he was dead. The way they explained it was once they had the I.V. line in and turned around to regulate it the dog cried out jumped up and was dead when he landed. The doctor wasn't even there he had gone home to see a contractor at his home. I know in my heart that they killed him they blew up his heart because the line should not have been on or they had a air pocket. Then to top it off it still cost me over 1,ooo.oo for the I.V. he never got! and he thank ed me for bring him into him. I never took an other animal back to him. RID: 4177
4/18/07   1     1     1     1   Totally agree with other posts. This vet is only in it for the money. They will put very elderly cats under cheap anesthesia for grooming and it is very dangerous and could kill these cats RID: 3496
Click to report rating    4/18/07   1     3     3     1   I agree with the other post - they are there to SELL, SELL, SELL!! The only decent experience I've had there has been with exotics. Guess they didn't have much to sell for the exotics. RID: 3491

3/7/07   4     2     3     1   STAY AWAY! Dr. Cromer is a salesman. Sucked me in with "special" that cost me over $500/per animal. Sold me a bunch of special food and supplies. Mis-diagnosed my dog. Told me phosphorus binders (for chronic renal failure) do NOT have to be given with food. When I told him that the internal medicine specialist and Dr. at a veterinarian college told me that it does, he said they didn't know what they were talking about. (They were absolutely correct!) Told me to give my CRF cat mylanta, which is bad since it contains magnesium. He spent several minutes telling me about someone else's cat, but when I wanted to ask him a question, he rudely walked away. I think he knew I wasn't buying what he was telling me. Horrible, horrible, experience! RID: 2977
