worst vet in baltimore really.Its dirty in there they dont clean out the cages and its just a horrible enviroment to be in.They suck i will never take my animals there.I would rather pay more and get better service and a cleazn enviroment

I've taken my dogs there on & off for 15 yrs. but only when I couldn't afford a better vet. The facility is run down, dirty & staff are indifferent & untrained. Dr. Keil is competent but in a hurry; no frills like bloodwork or treatment for tough diseases like cancer. I'd go to a different vet & do. He's better than nothing but there are plenty of better places in Baltimore at similar prices.

I worked for Erdman Animal Hospital for about 9 months in '05, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you can't afford go somewhere else, or you can't get an appointment when you need one. It is a walk in clinic, so it is first come first served, ie: be prepared to wait.
I believe that Dr. Keil is a very skilled vet, but he is very rough with the animals in his care. And good luck getting him to return your calls.
In short, the Doctor is very competent, but to him your beloved pet is no more than an annoying yapping paycheck; the price is reasonable, but you won't get anything you don't pay for; the office has a serious mouse problem, and also smells like pee.

I love taking my Four Dogs and One cat there. They are thorough and affordable... They give you all the info you need to make educated decisions and answer all your questions
