I have been taking all my animals to BlueBall Veterinary for a few years now and have seen both vets a bunch. Both Dr Marien and Dr Cook are wonderful with my animals! The clinic is smaller, but I have never had to wait once I get there. The staff there don't act pushy for me to buy services I don't need. Great!

My girlfriend took her kitten who had a growth on her neck to Dr. Cook, who proceeded to tell her the kitten was a boy. She cleaned the wound and gave her antibiotics. Days later they telephoned and said they messed up the prescription. The kitten stopped eating and drinking and had to be taken to emergency. There they told her that the kitten had to be put down because she was septic, and informed my girlfriend the kitten was a GIRL!!! What vet worth his/her salt can't even tell the sex of a kitten 8 weeks old? I can only imagine what has happened to other animals here. My girlfriend told me that Dr. Marien is wonderful, but avoid Dr. Cook like the plague!
