I am not sure what happened to this vet hospital. Years ago, they seemed good, but lately horrible! A few of the staff are fantastic, but several are down right hostile and rude, showing no compassion at all for pets or owners. Unfortunately, the last vet left there seems anything by caring. Pets are euthanized without any pre-sedation which I find unacceptable and cruel. When one of my wonderful pets wasn't doing well, I was offered no help and no compassion at all. The cage area is kept cold and I no longer trust the care provided, to the point that I would not leave a pet in their care. I value compassion over skill with a vet, I am not sure this hospital offers either. I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your beloved pets.
