I'm taking my business elsewhere. Since Dr. Nathan Metz left, the care of my 3 cats has been subpar. They've reached their '3 strikes and you're out' with me. Last 2 annual visits there was no more than 2 minute minimal look over, last visit never looked in their mouth until I asked. Today I was told to have my cat there by 9am for blood work so he would be ready to be seen when Dr arrived at 10. At 1pm I called and my cat hasn't even had bloodwork drawn yet. My cat is 15+ yrs old and has been fasting for 18 hrs as I write this rating. I expect my cats to received premium care and for my time to be respected. Perhaps Dr. S has lost the passion~maybe it's time to retire.
