I adopted a pitbull a few weeks ago. Dr. Jones and his staff had taken care of him for the year prior to his adoption. I had a few medical questions and it was time for Buddy's rabies vaccine. I live in Orange County but wanted to take Buddy where he was comfortable. Christine at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The vet tech greeted us with a big smile and a "Hello Buddy!!" When Dr. Leslie came in he explained all of our questions reguarding Buddy's limp and missing eye (an old injury sustained during his days on the streets. He was polite and knowledgable. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Thank you Dr. Jones and the rest of his brilliant staff for truely caring about your patients and answering the concerns of their owners!! We will be making the hour journey back for all Buddy's medical needs! A special thank you to Suzann and Dr. Jones also for all of your wonderful charity work! You are an inspiration!

I highly recommend this clinic. The doctors and staff are warm, caring, and knowledgeable. The pricing is extremely reasonable and they are open 7 days a week. I'm very sorry to see that a few people are going out of their way to post negative reviews, but I will say that their experiences are not commonplace.

Unfortunatly I have to agree that they try to suck your wallet empty. I know going to the vet is not cheap, but they keep trying to do all these tests after tests and don't come up with much. And its either you do these tests or your on your own. I have been going there for years and they seemed to be more chill on that but the last year or so they have turned into money hungry vampires. I would absolutly not recommend goin there.

Dr. Jones is a terrific vet, a very good communicator and listener, who has treated several of our pets (both cats and dogs) with excellent results. He's friendly, caring and unpretentious, and tends to hire similar types of people. Highly recommended.

We were referred to this vet by a 3-cat friend who's used his services for a long time. His words:"They're animal rights people-so you can trust they'll do what's best for kitty and not do useless procedures." That's what they did for us today. Walk-in only seems like it could have down side but sure helped tonight, with a sick kitten and no idea how to help him. They said they close at 7 but stayed to talk with us until nearly 7:30; office is close quarters but nicely decorated, exam room very clean, seemed well-stocked. The staff we met were welcoming, comforting, very competent with the animals. Only complaint: dogs and cats had to wait in close proximity, which bothered our kitty. Dr. Jones seemed knowledgeable, unpretentious, and both he and his assistant were extremely respectful of the animals. I did not see the Dr. wife so can't comment on the negative post. We were charged fairly for excellent, immediate service and lots of free advice. There's a free followup checkup too!

I did not see Dr. Jones personally, but the staff and vet we DID see tried to bamboozle us for more money by saying our cat needed way more tests than were necessary. I cannot say anything personally about Mr. Jones, but it IS fair to judge him and his practice based on my experience with everyone and everything else in his office. It was TERRIBLE and does not reflect well upon this vet. Please reconsider before you take your beloved pet and wallet to this place.
It was unsanitary, smelled, the staff was hot and cold but mostly frigid, and they try to make as much money on their clients as possible.
I ended up taking my cat with me before they could do anything to him and just paid for the exam to avoid what it would have cost me for ALL of the other senseless tests and an unnecessary overnight visit. It would have cost me NEARLY $900!

Dr. Jones is by far the nicest most knowledgeable, caring vet on the west side area. He diagnosed my cat’s problem, only after three others vets failed. He is the greatest. The prices are very reasonable and the majority of the staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Bad sides are no appointments, or computers and Dr. Jones's Wife. Staffing would be a 5 except for the wife, call ahead and ask when she is not there. I have recommended him too many of my friends. Some have stayed faithful clients; others have been deterred by his wife.
