While the vets here do know their stuff, vet techs and those at the desk are all in their own little world, and rude. Facility is small, and I have my doubts as to the exercise given to caged animals being hospitalized or boarded there. If you make an appointment, they are pretty good about seeing you at the appointed time. Their prices are comparible to others in the area, however they like to "con" you into extra tests, meds, and supplements. Typical. They are breeder-friendly. Overall, I'd take my pet here in an emergency or for basic checkups, otherwise, go somewhere more professional, even if it costs a little more.
