My brother has been taking his dog to this veterinary clinic for care, but passed away two weeks ago. My sister-in-law ran out of the dogs pills on friday, so called the clinic for a refill sat. She was told that she could get a month supply, but then would need to see the vet, as the dog had not been for a checkup in over one year. She would have come in that day, but was told they closed at 2, and she could not get there. She was told to come in on Monday for the med. When she arrived, she was told that the vet had pulled the prescription back, but was coming in, in 10 minutes. My sister-in-law waited; the vet arrived, and told her that she could have an appt in 1/2hr., but she was unable to wait, as she had to pick up her son at school. When my sister-in-law asked why the rules changed, and she wouldn't even give her the months supply, the vet told her that it was a shame that she couldn't be nicer!
