I have been using this clinic for 16 years. They are the most reasonable vet in the area. They are very caring. If there is a major concern they will give informed info on all your treatment options. They can work a payment plan or they do a pre-pay plan. I've recommended them many times and every one has been more than happy with them. The facilities are clean but a little crowded. On punctuality, they try hard but a lot of times people decide that they want to add procedures when they get there, such as if they come in for a nail trim, they decide the pet needs shots. This does put the clinic behind. This doesn't only happen here. I have always found the staff very friendly and if they can't answer your questions, they will find the answer.

I was refused care for my sick dog because I once (two years ago) had a returned check, which was my mistake and which I Paid to them in full, so now I am on a DO NOT TREAT list and they refuse to see my animals. I have recommended them to my friends for years, sent people to them, they have made lots of money off of my referrals you can not imagine my shock when I called to schedule my dog and they refused me treatment. I am so hurt by this and confused. I think the one office lady, Sue, has a very bad attitude. Please do not take your pets to Plain City Animal Hospital. Also on one vist the vet made fun of me because we own a himalayan cat, i was asking him spefic questions about the breed and he said, "we don't see many high class cats around these parts", so because we live in the country we shouldn't own a pure breed cat?
