The place doesn't leave you with a good feeling. The staff doesn't seem to have their stuff together. I purchased the Kitten Plan for one of my cats, but I was misled. I know I didn't get my money's worth because I didn't want to spend any more time in this facility. I only chose it because it was close to my work. I also found it disconcerting that whenever the staff did something to my cats, they took them to another room where I couldn't see what was going on. While I had already switched vets for one of my cats when she became ill (I just couldn't trust them with a sick animal), I made the other cat's annual appointment here again. I only did this because I was told that my Kitten Plan would cover the services. When I got there and asked to be certain of what was included, I was told that my Kitten Plan was expired (only 3 days ago) and that I had already gotten everything I paid for. So much for saving money. Go to A Cat Place in Silver Spring (Forest Glen) instead.

The office is located in a fairly bad neighboorhood. The owner is a very nice competent vet for the most part but there's another guy whose there a lot that is terrible. The staff is very nice. Basic vetting is ok (the cheapest you'll probably get in the area) but no diagnostics. We had a cat neutered there and they left half a testie in! The facilities are not up to date or nice and I would never recommend boarding there- I've seen the facilities.
