Great clinic! Clean and well maintained. Affordable prices. Dr Pawling is very gentle and patient with my dog. I would recommend Richman Animal Clinic to anyone!

***PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO RICHMAN ANIMAL CLINIC*** My dog was having terrible back pain, & could barely walk. Dr.Richman was rude, unprofessional, & couldn't even diagnose him! My poor dog yelped in pain, but Dr. Richman just pushed him to get up, the poor thing could barely walk. All he did was charge us for a bunch of useless tests & send us to the animal hospital, where my poor dog suffered & died two days later. You are better off googling your own answer!!! I truly believe if I would have taken him to another vet he would still be here.

Was suppose to do a biopsy on my dogs tumor on her leg. He sent the sample to the lab and told me he got the results back. He left a message saying he was awaiting my decision to put her down. I called the lab myself and they told me "what, we told him the sample was too small to run a test on". I took her to another vet in the area and he took a sample and sent it in. "the sample he said was BENIGN"

I've known Dr. Richman for a little over a year now. He is professional, intellegent and compassionate. He is always happy to see my pets and treats them like they were his own!

i have been going to Dr. Richman for over 20 years and I can honestly say that he is the best out there. I moved away to Twinsburg and had to go to other vets and found that I could not find anyone that provided the care and service that he did so now I drive the miles to make sure that my cats and dog receive all that they deserve. He is very compassionate and will take the time to explain everything to you. You will not find a cleaner, more up to date clinic out there and his staff is also so very kind. I would truly recommend that this is where you want to take your animals.
