All this vet hospital was concerned about was how much money they could get out of me. Did all the tests, didnt diagnose anything, but treated my cat with as many expensive procedures as possible based on some assumptions, NOT diagnosis.
In the end, after subjecting my cat to unnecessary procedures, they started telling me that if I was not cooperating with their continued treatment suggestions for my cat their recommendation was to euthanize him - so they could make more money!!
I took in a sick cat, brought home a much sicker cat and nursed him back to health myself. He only had a minor ailment that they made worse because they wanted money - I am lucky to have gotten away with a $700 bill and my cat alive.
Friendliness is no substitute for proper diagnosis and correct treatment for ailments. I checked with another vet right after taking my cat back home and a course of antibiotic was all he really needed in the first place and Arbor animal clinic cost me $700!

I took my pets to Arbor Animal for several years, and overall had a very good experience. My dogs did well in their care when I boarded them, and I always had good interactions with the staff and the doctors. I only left as a customer because I moved, and in hindsight I realize that I paid more for routine vaccinations and office visits than I do now. Still, its an excellent office and I definitely would recommend them to others.

I've been to several vets in the Austin area, and this one is where I choose to stay. Their staff makes me feel welcome and really cares about my pets. They explain things very thoroughly so I know what's going on. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time they are willing to spend with you on an individual basis. I love this place!

Have been using this clinic since it opened. I had had numerous experience with the owner of this clinic when he was at another clinic before branching out on his own. In fact I first met him just after he got out of veterinary school. He and his staff are very thorough and I trust them completely. I have had several dogs with tricky problems to diagnose, and they were very diligent in tracking down the proper diagnosis. On the ocassion where the surgery needed was beyond them, they referred us to A&M, where we were given excellent care for our pet. When I board our dogs, I leave them with instructions to treat my dogs as their own in the event something medical comes up. I trust them to take complete care of my dogs.
