Dr. Erin is amazing, and her staff so obviously love their jobs that it's ridiculous - she treats and talks to them as peers, and treats the owners of her patients with similar respect! The best part is that she is a breeder who owns and shows dogs, and has a real knack for handling dogs in her hospital - she is the first vet I've met who examined my puppy while cuddling her and putting her at ease. Even better, my puppy has been bruised-up to no end by vet techs at other hospitals, but Dr. Erin handles my puppy herself and I've not heard a single wail of pain from my puppy during a visit yet. The best part for my husband is the cost - she sticks to her estimates and is very reasonable. I actually believe she cares about my dog!
