Do not take your pet here! Dr Price is very cold & doesn't even try to act like she cares. I have been taking my dog to her for 12 years & never had a pleasant experience with the Dr. The vet techs & groomers have always been wonderful. I figured Dr Price was still a good vet just lacked in bedside manner. I took my dog in 2 months ago for his annual appt. & let the Dr. know some issues he'd been having. Yesterday I knew something was wrong, he couldn't even get up to walk & was gasping for air. When I called the vet office voicemail picked up & I left a detailed message. I waited 30 minutes & called again, I described his symptoms & the tech said he needed to be seen immediately. I asked to bring him there & was told they wouldn't see him & sent me to an ER that wasn't even open for emergencies. They sent me some place else, where he had to be put down. I was devastated! I can't believe they couldn't make time for him at Strongsville Animal Hospital, where he's gone his whole life! He
