	11/9/10	1	1	1	1	Very heartsick over the short experience had with this facility. The office staff was terribly rude and very curt, lacking a sense of compassion. I personally was unhappy with the experience and would never use them ever again, nor recommend them to another pet owner. SAD SITUATION.
