Click to report rating    3/7/11   5     5     5     5   I have brought all 3 of my dogs here. The care is compassionate and personalized as well as safe and thorough. I fully trust them when my dogs need medical attention. Dr. Blair is brilliant and has an excellent bedside manner. I have had to make some very tough decisions under her guidance. She helped me make those decisions while offering her full support during such difficult times. It is more than obvious that the staff at St. Francis do their best by their patients. RID: 23386
Click to report rating    2/10/09   5     5     5     5   LOVE St. Francis Animal Hospital. We usually see Dr. Knep and he is wonderful - although I've also seen Dr. Blair and she is fantastic, too. I believe that the staff there truly care about my dogs. Would not go anywhere else! RID: 11566
Click to report rating    10/30/07   5     5     5     5   When everyone else gets it wrong, St.Francis will get it right. They take the time to listen to you, to know your pet and to actually figure out what the problem is. Going to the vet is never cheap (though well worth the money considering the time and training), but it's cheaper to go to a place that will correctly diagnose your pet than continuing to go somewhere that strings you along for a year (as my former vet did). My cat has never been terribly fond of leaving the house, she's cranky and she's old. I, of course, love her for that, but it doesn't make her the most popular girl in the world. Dr. Blair at St. Francis is very kind and patient with her and I appreciate it. As for my dog, she gets almost as excited to go to the vet as she does to go to the dog park. She LOVES Dr. Knepp and I honestly believe that he thinks she's pretty great too. They have a special relationship with I think will serve me well if Stella ever has health problems. I can't say enough good thing RID: 6306
