This place has a new building, but I cannot help to feel that the high and confusing bills means that you are paying for the new building and not for proper veterinary care. My cat was treated for ear mites and they said this treatment would kill them all and for good and she still has ear mites. I don't think they are giving or doing what they say they are doing for your animal, but charging you for it anyway. The receptionist is very rude and refused to see our kitten for her third round of shots because of a bill that was supposed to be in my daughters name but is in my name. I am on my boyfriends account so I can take the cats in while he works. Because of my old bill they will not see kitten until that bill is paid. She (Dawn) will not switch it over to my daughters name, which she would gladly pay or take me off of my boyfriends account so that we can take the kitten in. They are more concerned about money then the animals they are supposed to take care of.
