Unfortunately, my experience with this staff was a very unpleasant one. Thank goodness my precious pet was not injured during his visit, however the impression that the staff left has affected the confidence I have in veterinary care, especially in the Warren-Youngstown area. Without provocation, a vet technician cursed at me and threatened me because I asked to speak with the vet. The details regarding this incident are unbelievable. I prefer not to revisit this experience. It brings back so many bad memories of Dr. Holly Ray and her staff.
