I contacted this clinic in order to get one heartworm pill for one of my puppies who is about 10 months old. When we got the puppy we got her vaccinated through a clinic in Akron that is quite a distance from my home we also got her heart worm pills. During September she refused to take it so we crushed it and tried to put it in food for her. She still refused it so we had to dispose of that pill and use the next one,her last one. I contacted this clinic and asked if I could purchase one pill. The lady at first told me she could but she needed some documentation that she had been on pills already. I took her pill box and her receipts from the other vets office in case we needed to contact them for more information. Upon my arrival I was told that they needed actual medical records before they could give me a pill. I requested that they contact the other vets office for records and she said they could not do that. this was pure laziness on the part of this vets office.
