I have been taking my cats to Little River Veterinary Hospital for the last 8 years. All three doctors at the practice are kind, caring, compassionate and up to date on the latest news about medicine, vaccinations, etc. I have had two cats spayed there, numerous checkups, and lots of great conversations with vets and staff who love their jobs and love the animals they treat. I had one cat who started acting "off"--sleeping, not eating--and although I couldn't pinpoint any specific symptoms, I called the vet and said I just had a feeling something was wrong. They took me seriously, got my kitty in for an appointment, did X-rays (which revealed nothing out of the ordinary) and blood tests. The blood test revealed that she had a liver problem, and they referred me to a larger clinic for more extensive testing. I love Little River Vet, and I plan to use them for as long as they continue to exist.
