9/27/12   4     4     5     5   1st visit was fine, 2nd visit was horrible- had to wait 1 1/2 hrs because appt before me brought 2 dogs instead of 1-no emergency- had to go out after 40 mins to find out what the hold up was- my time-dr spent 5 mins and 1 shot later $92.00/ 51.00 for shot/ switched from other vet to here because of good comments/ now I am not so sure RID: 37471
Click to report rating    1/6/12   5     5     4     5   The best, bar none. I am a rescuer and take my animals here because they are the very best around. Dr. Bob especially, has taken beautiful care of my cats including my CH cats that are medically fragile for various reasons. He has saved the lives of several cats that we have rescued, when other vets would have (and even tried to) put them down. Top rate, 5-stars, A++++ RID: 30333
Click to report rating    12/15/10   2     3     3     1   Yearly exam for my 2 yr old Yorkie was 168.99 which include Fecal, DA2P and Rabies. National avg was 80-120. Very costly and will search for other Vet. RID: 21441
Click to report rating    12/19/08   5     5     5     5   This hospital has the best staff and doctors around. They treat each of my pets as if they were their own. Highly recommended! RID: 10953
Click to report rating    1/5/08   1     3     2     2   Overdosed on vaccines! In 2006. I took my 2 yr.old dog for her vaccinations. Hours after the shots were administered, my dog became ill. I called to complain, and the front desk said to give her an asprin for the fever . She was downright lethargic! She couldn't eat and was visably in pain when she tried to walk. I had to spoon feed her from her bed. Finally the next day after the shots were administered I called again and they said bring her over. I was given an antibiotic for her from the doc. The doc said that she was probably coming down with something before the shot. I said, the vacinations were the culprit. The doc denied that. I said ''you overdosed her''.. ''No,'' the doc said. A few days later she started to come around. But since then I have been fearful of vacinations. I don't like to be fooled either. We all know it was the vacinations that caused my dog to become ill. Who is this doctor protecting? I don't trust Vets now or the vaccines. RID: 6850

4/4/07   2     4     2     1   My family has taken their animals here for many years and received great care. Recently, however, we had a couple of bad encounters with them. Last year when we needed a copy of our dog's shot record, we were informed that they didn't have her shots from the past 3 years on record. We were in the room every time she received them and had kept the receipts but they still wanted to re-vaccinate her and charge us $100 to do so. Not only is this outrageous, it is dangerous for a senior dog to be double vaccinated 2 months later. We also fostered kittens for them and they wanted us to pay them $250 for medicine when we received them ill and never helped us to place them. The staff was been very rude to us when we asked to place a poster in their office to help find them homes. And on top of everything else their prices have continued to rise and and much higher(at least for yearly shots) than other vets in the area who are just as experienced. RID: 3277
