The staff at Southern Hills are very kind, but unfortuntely I won't be returning there anymore. First off I don't think the receptionists communicate at all, every appointment I've made there, they always think I'm coming in for less than what I really am. (I went in to get my kittens vacines and have their eyes checked out, they didn't realize I wanted shots whenever we showed up) But that didn't turn me off so much as the vet, Charles Grey, showing up TO THE CLINIC an HOUR late. I was scheduled at 3pm, didn't see him til 4:30pm. When we finally got in, he seemed more concerned with making jokes with me then telling me about weather or not my kittens were healthy. He didn't relay hardly any info to me or even tell me if they LOOKED heathly, I had to beat every bit of info out of him I could, including how to use the medication he was selling me! Unless you know everything there is to know about your animal and just need medicine, I don't recommend this vet.
