I took my Ball Python snake into Stoneridge after it had a mass hanging out of the back end of her. They said they didn’t know what it was and that it could be cancer but we would have to see if it keeps happening. Dr Minson put the mass back in and sewed the anus shut. After a month he had me come in and took the stitches out. After this within a week it was back out. I was told at this point that it had to be cancer and that it would be 800 dollars to operate, I gladly accepted what ever it took to save my baby. However my snake did not make it during surgery, I did not get mad or accuse them of anything. I stayed calm and just took my snake back so I could bury her. Dr Stinson acted very annoyed when I refused to pay for the cremation and when I said I wanted to bury it at my house. About a week and a half went by and I bought a new ball python, I had it a month and it would not eat on its own. I called Stoneridge to schedule an appointment which at that point I was hung up on twice

I brought my parrot to this vet for a wing trim. HE BROKE MY BIRDS WING IN 3 PLACES. I russed my bird to neel vet ”1 called the next day after taking my bird to Neel vet were they placed a splint I left a message for the vet to call me and that I was shocked they never called me to follow up on my parrot she said “ok I will tell him” once again never asking how my bird was doing. I asked her to have the vet call me I have never received a call. I would have believed that they would have been concerned for the wellbeing of my pet and want to do everything to rectify this tragic situation they caused. They should have offered to take care of him while I was at the office and they did nothing. They will never be able to rectify what they have done.I requested my birds medical records and they have farcified the medical documentation to cover their butts. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET
