If you ever have to go there, I STRONGLY recommend getting a second opinion somewhere else. She only tells you what will make her the most money. Her vet techs really know how to make you feel awful if you question otherwise. And she will even stop treatment for other less profitable conditions at the expense of your pet's health if you don't comply with her doing other unrelated tests. Not a joke. **No integrity.**

Simply put - there is no better veterinary clinic in Alberta! Dr. Amy and her amazing staff are quite simply the best.

I have had the best experiences with this vet clinic, the staff are very caring and helpful, I usually see Dr. Amy but was unable to this time around and so I saw Dr. Disa, she was wonderful, she spent the time answering my questions and even gave me extra information to help me out, she was also very helpful in the fact that she emailed me later on during the week to see how my pet was doing, she has gone out of her way to be helpful. I still love Dr. Amy and will continue to see her but I will not hesitate to see Dr. Disa as well! I have always had good experiences here! the facility is always clean, and the staff are amazing! I would recommend this clinic to any one!!

I absolutely love this vet clinic! Just walking in the door I felt very comfortable for myself and my dogs. The staff's sense of humor is fantastic and a wonderful welcome! Dr. Disa is truly an extraordinary vet. I found that she was so thorough in examining my dogs and I could tell that she really does love animals and LOVES her job!! My dogs loved it here and that's very important to me. Thank you Dr. Disa for being there!

I have 5 dogs and 3 cats and I can't even imagine going to another vet! Dr.Amy is amazing and cares greatly for my animals! Dr. Disa may be new but she is so good at getting me information and being very efficient! Anytime I have ever phoned with an emergency my answers have been answered quickly and correctly! thanks again Amy and Disa for being so awesome and my pets best friends!!!

I used to exclusively use this vet clinic up until a year and a half ago. Conditions are now very unsanitary, staff are exceptionally rude and arrogant and no one feels it necessary to return calls or remind valued customers of their animals being due for shots/check ups. All I can say is that the vet clinic has significantly gone down hill.

She damn near killed my dog!! If I didn't take him to the other clinic in town he'd be dead by now! I was told he had hotspots, same treatment for 5 months, I was told to bring him in she wasn't even there I left 4 messages no call back I asked her to take a skin sample she wouldn't! After wasting close to a grand I took him else where and that day he had a $900 operation! When the tests came back the poor dog had a severe case of a staph strep infection all over his body!! All she had to do was a skin scraping! He still might need further surgery! I'm disgusted and pissed off!!! I'd like all the money back that I wasted at her clinic and feel that if she would of done her job he wouldn't be this bad! I also think she should pay for the surgery he just had too!! It's been 4 days and he's almost back to his old self! I'm filing a report with Alberta vet board too!

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic. I have heard nothing but good things about this clinic. All my family members go to this clinic and see Dr. Amy. I just recently got my puppy and when i called to make an appoitment, they said Dc. Amy cant take in and new clients. So they informed me there was another women working out of there and that she was fantastic. Well they were correct. I Love Dr. Disa. I have never had a more helpful vet. She provides me with so much information and keeps in touch with me about the health and our puppy. she really cares and loves what she does. Its been very personal and exactly what i have been looking for and I wanted in a vet. Her and Dr. Amy work as a team and take on every client almost together. I cannot express enough the joy i have to be able to be goingto this clinic and thats its offered for me and my pup. And the pleasure to have Dr. Disa as my vet. its been nothing but a good experience.

I love love, love this vet clinic. I have a dog that used to have to be muzzled to goto the vet and she now wags her tail when she sees Dr. Amy and her staff. I can't say enough about how great the whole staff is and how wonderful the clinic is. I highly recommend a visit. It will be worth it!!

Dr. Amy, Nicole and Lavina are the most extraordinary team of vet professionals. They go above and beyond at all times to take care of your furry family member in addition to taking care of you when necessary. We lost both of our senior dogs within 8 months of each other. It was devastating. Dr. Amy made the impossible choice possible with her supportive and caring demeanor. I have read the previous ratings and comments and they all say that she truly cares... they are right. After my dog passed away, she stayed with me with him and we both cried. She has made house calls for me, rushed to the clinic after hours, called me at home and made time for us at the clinic whenever needed. She is also amazing with children. Losing a pet is so so painful for them and she was able to help our four year old cope with the loss of his two best friends. Can't say enough about the best vet clinic in Alberta. Great people, great location, great clinic and great prices! We are so lucky to have them!

My first time seeing Dr.Amy and she is wonderful, Will be going back again. I have been following my Vet now for 10 + years and find his prices very high. Prices at this clinic are great and wonderful staff all around. Took my Doberman puppy in for Vaccines and Dr.Amy even removed her ear crop stitches for me. She went beyond and was great with my puppy. Clean and modern facility. Walk in the door of this clinic and you just feel relaxed. Can't say enough good things about this clinic !!

In the past three months we have lost both of our beloved pets. Hurley: a 4 year old great dane died in March. Doctor Amy diagnosed Hurley with wobblers, we made the tough choice to put Hurley down. And Murphy: a 2 year old Great Dane, died very unexpectedly on June 24/2010. We are still unsure of the exact cause as the onset of his illness took him so quickly. Dr. Amy, Nicole and Lavina dropped everything to try and help nurse my Murphy back to health. I am eight months pregnant, and these wonderfull ladies even fussed over me to be sure that I was comfortable during my extended visit to the clinic with Murphy. I appreciate the support and attentiveness with both of my pets. Sadly, Murphy could not be saved: but I am VERY grateful for the the Rivierview Vet clinic. THEY CARE.

I had a puppy that had parvo, and survived with the care of the staff at Riv. vet and Boyette animal hospital. Thank you for all your kindness and concern thru this stressful ordeal. Tyson was in care of 7 days, and is now healthy and happy, along with myself.

I find this clinic to be very comforting, trustworthy and thorough. I have dealt with them a number of times now, and every time have been taken care of in a very knowledgeable, professional, caring way. I feel that they truly care about my animals, and feel very safe to put my pets in their care. I have also recieved follow up phone calls at home and have been able to get appointments at times that are good for my schedule. They also have good prices on some very good quality food products.
