I brought in three 5 month old kittens (2 females and a male) to be “fixed” and
de-clawed. They were all alive, healthy, vibrant and happy. The day of the surgery, the veterinarian called me to tell me that the male kitten had not survived. When I asked what went wrong, he didn’t have a real explanation. He assumed the cat had possibly a heart attack. Of course I have no way of proving otherwise, but I do question his answer…The recovery room is closed off and not easily visible by the staff so it is possible that the cat was in distress and nobody saw him in time. He said he did everything to save him, once again I question his words…All I really know is that a brought a healthy kitten and now he’s dead after a simple everyday common surgery. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS VETERINARIAN AGAIN. I feel like my cats were not safe there. No need to say that I picked up my two other kittens early and brought them home, where I could take care of them properly.

mon expérience avec ce vétérinaire n'est pas bonne du tout,au début c'était bien mais de rendez vous a rendez vous on se rend vite compte de l'exagération des charges.Pour eux seulement collecter de l'argent passe en premier et non le bien être de l'animal avec leur "frais de consultation" a chaque rendez-vous (même si ils et nous savons tous le problème et la solution pour soigner l'animal due a quelque visite antérieur mais non ils veulent absolument les frais de 50 dollars pour de 2 a 3 questions et en plus ils voudrait encore d'autre frais pour de nouveaux examens genre rayon x . Et avec une très mauvaise attitude lorsque on les questionnes a savoir pourquoi une charge si élevé.Triste de voir cette hypocrisie de la part de sois disant professionnels..,

We found that vets were quite keen on persuading us to perform expensive non-essential surgeries on our aging dogs when both dogs have been living with their respective health problems for most of their lives. Examples were 1) to perform heart surgery on our 11 year old dog to cure a heart deformation that she was born with and that never created symptoms of any kind and 2) to have our 13.5 year old female fixed to reduce future risk of cancer. We felt we were at a sales pitch rather than a doctor whose objective it should be to improve quality of life of our dogs rather than performing risky non-essential (but expensive) surgeries. Every time we go we are told that our dogs won't have long to live but yet they are in shape as always. We have not enjoyed our experience at this clinic, although I must admit that the services they offer are quite reasonably priced.

Facilities are small but clean, staff is experienced, can be hard to get information over the phone. Had spay operations done on two large breed, mature females. Pricing is more than fair.

Personnel Qualifié, ils adorent les animaux. Reçoivent pour les urgences, et sont ouvert 7 jours sur 7. Je suis très Satisfaite!
