This is an excellent vet office. The staff and the doctor (Dr. Bob Hardy) are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Best of all, the pricing for their services is excellent and much less than most places nearby. I've never had trouble getting an appointment quickly, or getting the answers I need over the phone. The staff are always super-sweet to my animals, and Dr. Bob answers all of my (many) questions and goes over treatment options with me. Unlike other offices I've been a client of, I never feel rushed or made to feel my concerns are unimportant at Best Vet Austin. Its a top-notch group of professionals, and I won't be switching vets again, even if I move all of the way across town.
